Naveen S Pillai has joined Crayon Data as Vice President – Human Resources. In his new role, he will lead our People Team as they drive Crayon to be a diverse, multi-cultural, values-led, and high-performance environment.
Naveen comes with over 20 years of HR experience across the auto-manufacturing, telecom, and media sectors. He is an alumnus of Sacred Hearts College and Rajagiri College of Social Sciences in Kochi.
His last role was Head – HR at TAFE Limited in Chennai, where he set up a strong business HR ecosystem and handled people transformation projects. Earlier, he worked with Idea Cellular Limited and Malayala Manorama Co Limited.
His key areas of work have included:
- Managing HR for pan-India business operations and building an engaged talent ecosystem
- Helping business achieve their vision & growth objectives through improved employee engagement, talent management and capability building initiatives
- Leading Talent Acquisition verticals, anchoring young talent (Campus) programs and Strategic Workforce planning projects
As part of the senior leadership at Crayon, Naveen will be responsible for our ambitious people goals and ensure that each Crayon is engaged and successful in their roles.
